Thanks to all those who arranged to have this outreach. We really leant lot of things as well as it has helped us to grow. I wish that our parish authorities and the C members may arrange for such outreach programmes regularly. Suggestion: Time was too short. At least it should have been 3 hours a day.

Br.Trevor Lewis Outreach programme during these past few days was enriching body, mind and soul. We learnt more about the ‘Trinity’. It was most touching to know how the Father loves us despite our weakness, and his steadfast love is unconditional. Other teachings like personal prayer, Gift and fruit of the Spirit, will help us to consciously apply and seek in our life. We would like to recommend that the Church stress on ‘anti-abortion’ for those couples preparing for marriage, as this would prevent them taking this sick step. Also encourage outreach for children and youth in school / catechism

I was there on the 6th October gathering. I found it very inspiring and have decided to come for the next 2 days. God bless the Church, br.Trevor and the organizers.

Praise and thank God for the wonderful retreat I had last week. I want to glorify the Lord for the healing I received. I had severe neck pain and was unable to turn around. But after the prayers I had complete healing in my neck.

I want to praise and thank God for blessing me, and my family. We love Jesus for what he has done to us. This outreach brought us very close to Jesus. It made us learn how to prepare ourselves to receive all the fruit of the Holy Spirit. It made my children to love Jesus more and understand the love of the Holy Trinity. I had a swelling on my leg for the last 4-5 months and no medicine could heal it. But my God has healed me. This outreach has changed our lives. We are able to love our enemies and forgive them very easily. I want to thank the Lord for coming into our hearts and for giving us the Holy Spirit in our lives. Praise and thank God.

Overall – An excellent outreach

Thanks to the outreach and in particular Br.Trevor Lewis. I saw Jesus in my dream, He was walking and I was clinging onto his leg asking him not to leave me.

All the talks were really touching, specially the talk on suffering where the Lord taught us to rejoice when there is suffering in our lives. Hunger for the Word of God. We should have many more such OUTREACHES where people will get a chance to change their lives and come closer to God. We all should get together and pray to God to send His people to reach out to the lost sheep. I thank the Lord to bless all those brothers and sisters who have really worked so hard to feed the lost sheep with His word.

God has really touched my heart through the powerful talk on the Word of God, by Br.Trevor Lewis. The Spirit of God has healed me through His power. I am really thankful to God who has opened my eyes. I was living a life of sin and I want to turn myself to live a pure life, after the retreat by Br.Trevor Lewis. This outreach programme has really helped me, and the parishners of St.Mary’s Church. Thanks to God. Thank you mother Mary. Thank you Jesus.

Although I am a religious person, attending the mass everyday, I did not have much knowledge on the word of god. After attending the prayer meeting of Bro. Trevor Lewis, I feel more energized and rejuvenated in my faith and spirit. I would like to attend more meetings like this one. May God Bless you all.

Superb retreat, Bro.Trevor is an excellent preacher. It helped in receiving my spiritual life, which had taken a backseat. We must have more retreats conducted by Bro.Trevor in the future.

The preaching really helped me to enrich my spiritual knowledge. It made my faith deeper in Jesus and brought me more closer to him. I was spiritually nourished. The Good and Gracious Lord healed me of my knee pain (arthritis). Also I was healed of my teeth, which had gaps and were crooked because of sugar problem. The service was very very good. I like the talks about the Word of God, our Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit and mother Mary and all the saints. The preaching is very simple and we understood it very well. And I request you Br.Trevor to give us more talks on the Kingdom of God. God bless you.

I really thank the Lord Jesus Christ that he used St.Mary’s Church to bring Trevor Lewis to Dubai. Praise and Glory. We need anointed preachers to give us nourishment for our souls. Most importantly I knew about the fruit of the Holy Spirit. It was such a refreshing session. We true disciples of Jesus in Dubai, need to be reminded / taught with movies, video clipping and true testimonies that we need to bear fruit for Jesus in Dubai. Here we are so caught in the materialistic world that we lose focus if we are not attuned to God’s voice 24 hrs. a day. Through Trevor Lewis we were taught about the eternal life and truth of God’s kingdom. We need to evangelize in Dubai and I pray that St. Mary’s church brings him back again every year to teach us the Word of God. We need to grow and be like Jesus and throw away difference of opinions. I was really touched by Br. Trevor Lewis’s teachings, as it greatly renewed me and helped me to change my life completely. Especially the Fruit of the Holy Spirit and the lovely examples he gave. It was an eye opener to me, and all my friends. A prophet has to be judged not by the spiritual gifts, but by the fruit. Personal prayer was another aspect. We Catholics hardly ever worship God when actually we are supposed to worship him. What I like how he showed Jesus as a bridge between the Father and us (sinners). The passion and suffering of Jesus was painfully expressed. It brought tears to our eyes. His plan of pro-life. I would certainly like to help these children as a mother and if I could offer my talents. I am a teacher and don’t mind helping these children. I am paid very well for tuitions (local children) in UAE, but the Lord has given me talents freely and I would like to give my talents freely. Praise the Lord. Thanks

The sessions conducted were very helpful in learning the Word of God and enriching our spiritual life. May we have sessions conducted every quarterly, so that we can walk in the footsteps of these teachings of the Gospel and keep our spiritual life alive and on-going. Outreach programme was very good. A. His teaching has re-confirmed that God is Love (all the time) B. His presentation of Jesus-suffering, death and resurrection by vivid video was something different. C. His opening up the various gifts and fruit of the Holy Spirit that are available is a great eye opener. Of course all these are in the Bible, but the way he has presented and shared were very unique, thought-provoking and to act upon. We need more of such talks and sharing for infilling from time to time. Keep it up! We need God and his love all the time. We thank God for giving us this opportunity by sending Brother Trevor Lewis to preach the Word of God fro us. We nourish ourselves with the Word of God in various steps during the outreach and ongoing growth retreat. It was a good learning experience. We thank Br. The entire outreach and growth retreat was inspiring. My wife and I benefited immensely with personal prayer especially communicating silently with God. The preaching our gifts and fruit of the Holy Spirit was an eye opener, to bear more and much fruit. My heartfelt thanks to the organizers and we will be looking forward to more retreat by Trevor and other preachers.

This Outreach programme was indeed an enriching one. The Holy Spirit has always guided me through my life. Even though I am away from home. The presence of the Holy family of Mother Mary, Jesus and Abba Father has always been felt by me and I have never felt lonely ever for a moment in the 3 years of my tenure in Dubai. I believe that I have obtained many graces and blessings during these few days of Br.Trevors preaching in Dubai and I will realize the same in the time to come. It was a fruitful programme, got to know many things especially about personal prayer, gifts and fruit of the Holy Spirit. Would like to have / attend teaching on confession (how to make a good confession and other facts on confession. Would like to attend full day programmes / retreats like this which helps us to grow in the Spirit. Thank you.

A very fruitful and close encounter with the Lord. Could have been for a longer duration as there were many shortcuts because of the time factor. Many of the teaching were new, never revealed before by any preacher. God Bless and be with you Br.Trevor.

It’s a wonderful experience to know one’s faith and reality. These types of retreat build our own faith much stronger and deep rooted in the Word of God. These types of retreat should be conducted twice or thrice in a year and should be conducted to every community. These types of retreat should be of much longer duration in order to grow in the living Word of God. The truth and reality of Br.Trevor Lewis is just simple language which could be understood by common people. His words are bold and truth founded on the Word of God which is the reality. It gives more hunger and desire to listen to the Word of God. I only pray, may the good Lord shower his mighty blessing upon Br.Trevor Lewis and his ministry and the Word of God spread like a wild fire throughout the world. It has opened my eyes and my heart for the word of God.

It was very good, spiritual and interesting. I received God’s power and healing. Good teaching with simple examples like the video and life of the saints. The time should have been minimum two hours, say 7:30 to 9:30. I think personally that such kind of teachings should be applied in all of the Charismatic prayer meetings and with the permission from the spiritual director Fr.Freddy and the NST. We should incorporate such teachings in our meetings. Also involvement of more preachers, teachers, intecessors praying in cells as such of Br.Trevor Lewis meeting should and must be introduced.

This is the first time I am attending the Charismatic prayer continuously. I am living alone in Dubai since my wife is mentally ill and staying back in Bangalore, India. I have learnt to live alone now without any temptations and hunger for food and alcohol. Jesus has healed me in my heart and spirit and he is with me though out the day and night. I never feel alone. Praise the Lord! I know the sufferings now more than the entire period of my life as a catholic. I have learnt to live the life as per the scripture and nothing else.

Very good and educative. Must for all Catholics. Bro.Trevor is a good servant of God – reflects in the fruit that he bears. A member of prison ministry now I want to start an anti–abortion campaign, in my parish in Bangalore. Bro.Trevor’s language is very simple for all to understand. Eye-opener for all and should be done more often. The Catholic Church is so rich just waiting for its treasures to be found, but the members are few praying for direction on this. In Christ Jesus

Frankly speaking my experience has been just simply wonderful. Especially knowing that God and Jesus really love me so much even more than people around me, and I would search for love among my family members and friends. But now I know that I don’t need to do it cause all that love is only one and that is Jesus. Everyday during the outreach program was a new experience with Jesus and coming close to him. I experience Jesus to be my best friend I ever had and will always have.

During these days, I felt different. Since god has gifted me with a good voice, I have decided to give my voice back to God by singing and praising him and I will join the church choir. I have decided also not to give back, if anyone does not speak well. I have also planned to have praise and worship with my family at home. In short this ‘outreach’ by Br.Trevor has changed my life in getting me closer to God.

Through the outreach programme we have experienced Jesus and we have got a lot of information and most of our doubts cleared. Though we have attended a lot of retreats where we did learn a lot from the Bible we have learnt more through Bro.Trevor from the outreach programme. We really have enjoyed the outreach programme and we thank God for working his plan through Br.Trevor. We will pray for him to God our Father and Jesus through Mary that the Holy Spirit will provide him with more and more strength to reach out to more and more people especially those against the Church, unbelievers, youth and for those who are against the Charismatic renewal. We pray for more opportunities like the outreach programme so that we learn more and more. Thus bring us closer to God. Praise the Lord; we also liked the way the Lord has used Br.Trevor to make the outreach very inspiring and knowledgeable. We will remember this all our life and pray that we will be and used by the Holy Spirit, who will lead us to Jesus and gain eternal life in the Kingdom of our God. Praise you father, Thank You Jesus. Praise God, I want to thank and praise God for Bro.Trevor Lewis. I have been coming to the Prayer meeting for the last many years, but somehow drifted away from the lord. Once again after the outreach, my life has become exciting. Personal Prayer and Bible reading is very very exciting. Relationship with God and others has improved. All the teachings have touched me personally, as though the Lord was speaking to me. May God, bless my Dada (Bro.Trevor) as I fondly call him. He has brought me close to my God. It had become very difficult in recent times to forgive a number of people, but God has given me the grace to accept, forgive and love all those who have hurt me. All the teachings were very inspiring and I hope and pray to God that this continues in our daily walk with the Lord. Thank you Lord. Praise you Lord. Great and Mighty God.

Well, I am from Jebel – Ali and after I came to Dubai my spirit has grown in the Lord. What I experienced is a tremendous power flowing in the St. Mary’s Church Hall. These days were the days of harvest for the Lord. I believe that the Lord might have many lost sheep in the fold and thousands of blessings and unity in the church. I would like to emphasise on the gathering to be there every second month, if possible. Personally I learnt that lesson of humility and gratitude towards my savior God. Thank you.

I thank you Br. Trevor. At all times in all things may we believe and experience the redeeming love of our savior. Its been over twenty years I must say since my heart and mind grasped the gift and fruit of our greatest advocate the Holy Spirit. Your teaching and preaching was a catechism class which I can apply to all my trials and temptations. There is peace in my heart, joy and love, a deep beautiful silence. I open my Bible to learn the first verse in the book of proverbs “For learning wisdom and instructions” as a woman I experienced meekness and humbleness. I am nothing, nothing on this earth dwelling in Gods infinite love and mercy. May my life be fruitful seeing spiritual pride in my leaders always hurt me and left me thinking, only true humbleness bring the kingdom of God in my heart, as Jesus calls me once again. “Rise let us be on our way,” I prayed for the healing of my father’s block in his brain. May he experience the love of Jesus and believe and hope in life.

The talks were really very good. In our life we learned much more because of these talks and change our routine life style. At least this type of retreat should be kept twice or thrice in a year. I appreciate Br.Trevor Lewis from the bottom of my heart. God blessed you with this gift so really you can change so many people’s life and soul to bring closer to God.
Testimony – I had a very bad pain in the back side of head. When I was praying on 1st October. (healing session) it completely disappeared. My husband and daughter they both had some pain like me. Its completely healed. My husband is completely changed, like spending more time in prayer, reading the Bible, attending mass. Really its much more than these changes. I hope Br. Lewis can come again and give at least I week retreat. Praise you God. Love you Lord.

Praise the Lord! I found the talks, impressive, soul searching and life changing, It was inspiring to my life and I feel that this parish needs such teaching from time to time. Normally I don’t attend talks by lay people from outside of UAE but since I had heard so much about Trevor Lewis, I decided to attend and am glad I did !! It has nourished me. Words cannot express the joy I am feeling after attending the outreach programme conducted by Br.Trevor Lewis. I gained considerable knowledge about my Christian or rather Catholic faith, which I can humbly say, I was not aware of for so long. I personally feel that by conducting such outreach programmes on a regular basis at various parishes in the Middle East. India and other countries, many of our Catholic brothers would think ten times before leaving the church and joining some other denominations, which are springing up by the dozen overnight. I do make it a point to attend the charismatic meeting on Wednesday if I can get transport to attend the meeting. All I can say is that this outreach has revitalized all the parishioners. I sincerely pray and hope that brother Trevor may carry on with the great work of evangelization for many many years to come. Your coming to our parish is really God’s blessing and I want to thank you for taking the effort and time to come here, and preach us the Gospel and Word of God in such a simple and easy manner. That a bloke like me with less IQ could easily follow you from the day ONE of your outreach. Dear brother, before you came, I was going through a very bad time, i.e. I was keeping myself away from the Lord and avoiding going to church, though I was going to church often. But during the course of time some stormy clouds came my way though they were not big ones, but due to less faith and trust in the Lord I succumbed to the small storms which came. But after attending your outreach from 28th September till date I have returned to God. Though it is all my mistake and because of my sins, you name it and I have done it. And that is the reason my Lord and God hid his face from me. But brother now I am very happy to tell you that I have renounced sin once and for all and I ask the Holy Spirit to help me to keep away from sins. Also brother I am trying to have the fruit of the Holy Spirit because I do not have even one. So I am praying to Jesus and the Holy Spirit to give me all the nine fruit of the Holy Spirit, and I will put all my mind, heart and strength to get the fruit of the Holy Spirit. I have started to long for them in His mercy and love, the Lord will give me all the nine fruit of the Spirit. A big thank you to Jesus for bringing you all the way from Mumbai. All the Love in the world comes from God’s. The opening topic of the outreach programme. Thanks to Br.Trevor for teaching us so much on God, his Divine son Jesus and the Holy Spirit. All the topics he spoke on was very inspiring. ‘No bridge reaches God – Except One – Jesus becomes that bridge he said. And today I have made Jesus the Lord of my life – without this talk I would have been the same person I was before. The outreach programme filled a lot of gaps that existed in my mind and surely the minds of so many people about our faith, our religion and the way we practice it. There is without doubt a considerable hunger for the Lord our God and Br.Trevor covered so many scriptures from the Bible and gave us a good insight and knowledge. Who would have spoken to us on personal prayer? Especially how to touch Jesus. Today when I follow the steps, I can feel the blood of Jesus on me and feel I have touched him. God bless Br.Trevor abundantly. Praise God for this wonderful talk and teaching. I am sure that all the hard work that Br.Trevor put in, to enrich us spiritually will have very deeply affected thousands of people in the past few days. I pray that our Lord Jesus will make a way for many more inspiring talks and teaching to enable his flock to come closer to him. I have been attending this outreach programme from September 28th. It has been an enriching experience touching and worshipping Jesus. I have yet to start doing my Bible study as Br.Trevor has said. The first day of the talk, about God’s steadfast love shows that there is nothing greater than God’s love. The talk of the Holy Spirit has been very touching especially being ‘Holy’. The verses relating to the topics are quite accurate with concerned teachings. Yesterdays’ talk about the fruit of the Holy Spirit was very informative. Perhaps we could have had some more time to have an in dept understanding of achieving the fruit. The scripture text on the screen the video on abortion, suffering of Jesus has been very touching. After Br.Trevor was speaking of healing I felt I must pray over my children and I can feel the change. My husband was very sick for 5 days, then I started praying over him and the next day he was quite ok. The body ache was totally gone.
On 5th October - CRUCIFIED CHRISTRIAN – this topic was very unusual. It really opened my eyes on the persecution of the early Christians. I have realized that I should rejoice in my suffering.
SUGGESTIONS – this kind of retreat should be held often so that we Christians are renewed in the life of Jesus and try to give up worldly things. Read the word of God more often and inculcate these in our children too, future generation.
